Breakout Sessions

Thursday Keynote Presentation – Managing Me
Professor Arthur V. Hill, The John & Nancy Lindahl Professor Academic Director, Carlson Consulting Enterprise Supply Chain & Operations Department – Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota

The Managing Me (MM) workshop takes the latest research about personal productivity, makes it practical, and creates an engaging experience that helps participants apply these life-changing principles. MM teaches six foundational skills needed to succeed in today's knowledge intensive world. Research shows that people who develop these six skills will be more focused on the right priorities; meet their commitments more faithfully; have a greater sense of accomplishment about both personal and professional goals; improve relationships at home and work; reduce stress, worry, and guilt; be healthier emotionally, mentally, and physically; and get more "good things" done.

As part of this presentation, an optional individual assessment tool will be available. A link to this assessment will be included in the registration confirmation email.

MASBO Past and Present Reception

Immediately following the last session on Thursday, conference attendees are invited to join us and connect with other current and past school business professionals before you head home or to dinner on your own. Light appetizers will be served, and a cash bar will be available.
