Exhibitor Attendee Registration for the MASBO Annual Conference

Please use this form to register your company personnel to staff your booth or attend the 2018 MASBO Annual Conference and Trade Show. Exhibiting companies receive four (4) complimentary exhibitor representative badges per each booth space.

Each representative badge includes:

  • Admittance to the Thursday opening keynote presentation
  • Participation in the Thursday walk/run
  • Thursday evening networking event and dance
  • Entrance to the trade show

Up to three additional badges for exhibitor representatives can also be purchased for $100 each.

Important Registration Dates

  • Early Bird rates for registering exhibitor representatives for other conference events are available through May 1.
  • After May 1, rates for other conference events will increase.
  • On-line registration for exhibitor booth representatives closes on May 7. After May 7, all updates and changes must be done on-site at the DECC.
  • If exhibitor representative names have not been provided prior to the conference, a $50 processing fee will be applied for names submitted at the conference.

Thursday Recognition Lunch: $35 $50

Badge Policies

  • Exhibitors must register all booth staff – no one is automatically registered.

  • The deadline to pre-register your booth staff is Monday, May 7. Any changes after this date will need to be made at the registration desk at the DECC.

  • All exhibitor booth personnel are required to wear the current show-issued badge to gain entrance into the exhibit halls, and it must be visible at all times.

  • Badges must be picked up onsite at the registration desk. Badges will not be mailed in advance.
