Members of the Board of Directors are expected to:
- Attend, be prepared and participate at all Board and MASBO meetings;
- Attend, be prepared and participate at ASBO meetings;
- Advance the mission of MASBO as liaisons to other organizations;
- Advance the mission and vision of MASBO rather than to advance self;
- Engage others at Board meetings and General Membership meetings and gatherings in a respectful and welcoming manner;
- Hold themselves and other members accountable for completion of assignments with quality and timeliness;
- Know MASBO policies and supporting procedures
