The Tax Levy Workshop will be offered in two locations. Please indicate on the registration form which location you will be attending. St. Cloud is #91008 and Minneapolis is #91108. It is important you attend the location you select. If you need to change the location of attendance, please contact Sue Crockett immediately.
The Minnesota Department of Education’s Division of Program Finance will have the
levy certification forms available for each school district prior to these workshops. Please bring your district forms with you to the workshop - no additional data for your district will be provided. You can download your information by accessing the department’s website at
http://education.state.mn.us and select: "Accountability Programs" -> "Program Finance" -> "Payment Reports" -> your district -> "View Reports by Report Category" -> "Levy Limitation and Certification Reports" -> "08-09".
