Mission Statement:
The mission statement of the Membership Committee is to grow and engage MASBO and ASBO membership throughout our great State of Minnesota.
Scope of Committee
- Contact districts that do not have members in MASBO
- Provide membership information and follow up with a phone call
- Work with superintendent’s association, MASA, to garner their support for the importance of having the business office maintain membership in MASBO.
- Promote ASBO membership within the MASBO membership group
- Have a presence in the MASBO newsletter promoting the value of membership, e.g. new member profile, testimonials, etc.
- Promote mentorship program to new members
- Call dropped members to determine reason for not continuing membership
